Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announces that the man accused of killing his wife inside their Broadway home and burying her dismembered body in the backyard has died. The defendant, 54-year-old Mohammed Mused of Buffalo, passed away at ECMC on Thursday, December 24, 2020.

The case against Mused was pending before Erie County Court Judge Susan Eagan.
