It is further alleged that between January 18, 2022 and February 20, 2022, the defendant communicated with the victim knowingly in violation of the order of protection. In the communications, the defendant allegedly asked the victim to not comply with court orders related to his pending criminal charges.
The female victim in the domestic violence-related matters has pending criminal charges in the Town of Eden. The defendant is the complainant in one of the pending cases.
