Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, II announced that 29 year old Jennifer Mohring of 44 Allegany Avenue, Kenmore, will be arraigned this morning before County Court Judge Thomas P. Franczyk on an indictment charging her with Grand Larceny in the Third Degree and eighteen counts of Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree. 

It is alleged that during the period May 17, 2011 through September 27, 2011, Mohring, while employed by Radio Shack, 3500 Main Street, Amherst, stole over $10,000.00 by continuously and repeatedly falsifying records and keeping deposits.  

If convicted of these crimes, Mohring faces a maximum prison sentence of 29-1/2 to 79 years.
