Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 48 year old Sandra Zee pleaded, as charged, to two counts of Grand Larceny in the Third Degree and Identify Theft today before Supreme Court Justice M. William Boller. These are the highest charges for which Zee could have been convicted had she gone to trial. 

Zee admitted that during the period between January 1, 2009 and April 25, 2010, in her capacity as a real estate agent, she stole a combined total of $30,000.00 from two separate victims.

Zee faces a maximum prison sentence of 18 years when she is sentenced on October 26, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. before Justice Boller.
