Stabbing in Brant Leads to Indictment for Murder

Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 21 year old Cody R. Testerman of 12291 Brant Reservation Road, Brant, New York, was arraigned today at 2:00 p.m. before Supreme Court Justice Russell P. Buscaglia on an indictment charging him with Murder in the Second Degree.

It is alleged that on or about July 11, 2012, in an open field off of Brant Reservation Road, Testerman murdered his brother, 20 year old Jesse Seneca, by stabbing him. 

If convicted of this crime, Testerman faces a maximum prison sentence of 25 years to life.
