Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 22 year old Edmund M. Serwinowski of 16 Blackmore Street, Tonawanda, will be arraigned this morning before Supreme Court Justice M. William Boller on an indictment charging him with Murder in the Second Degree

It is alleged that on December 16, 2012, at 26 Blackmore Street, Tonawanda, Serwinowski murdered 34 year old Jenifer Sacaridis by stabbing her.

If convicted of this crime Serwinowski faces a maximum prison sentence of 25 years to life.
