Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 19 year old Luis Ayala-Pizarro, 21 year old Carlos Morales-Alvarez and 23 year old Kelvin Viera-Morales will be arraigned this morning before Supreme Court Justice M. The upstairs tenants observed the defendants enter the home and called police who surrounded the house and apprehended the defendants.
