Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 27 year old Bethany Wool of 3829 North Buffalo Road, Orchard Park, will be arraigned at 9:30 this morning before County Court Judge Michael D’Amico on an indictment charging her with Feloniously Driving While Intoxicated, Circumvention of Ignition Interlock Device and Failure to Stay Within Lane of Road.
It is alleged that on October 18, 2012, on Orchard Park Road in West Seneca, Wool was stopped by West Seneca Police for driving erratically. It is further alleged that Wool was operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device, despite having been court ordered to do so when she was sentenced in February 2012 for a previous DWI conviction in the City of Buffalo.
If convicted of these crimes, Wool faces a maximum prison sentence of 4 years.
