Two Charged With the Murder of 96 Year-Old Man

Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 18 year old Justice Feggans was arraigned this morning before Supreme Court Justice Christopher Burns and 19 year old Jordan McKinnon was arraigned on April 19, 2013 before County Court Judge Michael Pietruszka on sealed indictments charging them both with Murder in the Second Degree and two counts of Burglary in the First Degree.

It is alleged that on November 24, 2012, Feggans and McKinnon burglarized the residence of 96 year old Levi Clayton by forcibly entering his residence and while inside, caused injuries that resulted in his death. 

If convicted of these crimes, each defendant faces a maximum prison sentence of 25 years to life.
