Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 25 year old Amber Kwasniewski of 304 Massachusetts Avenue, Buffalo pleaded guilty to four counts of Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, as charged, and 59 year old Robert Wozniak of 94 Poinciana Parkway, Cheektowaga pleaded guilty to three counts of Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, as charged, before County Court Judge Michael D’Amico. As such, she faces a maximum prison sentence of 16 years when she is sentenced before Judge D’Amico on June 6, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. Wozniak faces a maximum prison sentence of 12 years when he is sentenced before Judge D’Amico on June 6, 2013 at 9:30 a.m.
