West Seneca Man Charged With Killing Mother

Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced today that 45 year old Primitivo Cruz of 242 Burch Avenue, West Seneca will be arraigned at 9:30 this morning before Supreme Court Justice Penny M. Wolfgang on an indictment charging him with Murder in the Second Degree.

It is alleged that on or about May 3, 2013 at 242 Burch Avenue, West Seneca, Cruz murdered his mother, 77 year old Carol Quinn by strangling, stabbing and beating her. 

If convicted of this crime Cruz faces a maximum prison sentence of 25 years to life.
