Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 17 year old Angel Lozada of 116 Hudson Street, Buffalo, will be arraigned at 2:00 this afternoon before County Court Judge Michael Pietruszka on an indictment charging him with Murder in the Second Degree.

It is alleged that on February 23, 2013 on Tonawanda Street in Buffalo, Lozada murdered 20 year old Roberto Leon of Ontario Street by stabbing him.   

If convicted of this crime Lozada faces a maximum prison sentence of 25 years to life.
