Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced 21 year-old Terrence Price of 155 Urban Street, Buffalo, will be arraigned at 9:30 a.m. this morning before Supreme Court Justice Russell P. Buscaglia on an indictment charging him with Robbery in the First Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree. The following is alleged.
On October 24, 2013 at the LaNova Pizzeria on 371 West Ferry Street in the City of Buffalo, Price foolishly held up LaNova employees at gunpoint. Price fled but the employees gave chase. Despite having gunshots fired at them, the LaNova employees caught up with Price and “subdued” him until the police arrived.
If convicted of these crimes, Price faces a maximum prison sentence of 25 years. Like all defendants accused of a crime, Price is legally presumed to be innocent until his guilt is proven in a court of law.
