Lackawanna Man Arraigned in Fatal Stabbing of Woman

Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 21 year-old Damoni Hall of 29 Wilkesbarre, Lackawanna, was arraigned this morning before County Court Judge Michael D’Amico on a sealed indictment charging him with Murder in the Second Degree.

It is alleged that on February 15, 2014 at 29 Wilkesbarre in Lackawanna, Hall caused the death of 26 year old Tequila Suter of 29 Wilkesbarre, Lackawanna, by multiple sharp force injuries.   

If convicted of this crime Hall faces a maximum prison sentence of 25 years to life.  Like all defendants accused of a crime, Hall is legally presumed to be innocent until his guilt is proven in a court of law.
