Buffalo Man Arraigned on Murder Charges

District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announces that 19 year-old David Meyers of 103 Spaulding, Buffalo, will be arraigned at 2:00 p.m. today before Supreme Court Justice Christopher Burns on an indictment charging him with Murder in the Second Degree and Arson in the Third Degree. 

It is alleged that on March 4, 2014 while inside the home of the victim, 52 year-old Brian Domek of 65 Sirret Street, Buffalo, Meyers fatally bludgeoned the victim and then set his home on fire.

If convicted of this crime, Meyers faces a maximum prison sentence of 25 years to life. 

Like all defendants accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
