District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announces that 20 year-old Andre Johnson of 524 Wilson Street, Buffalo, will be arraigned at 9:30 a.m. before Supreme Court Justice M. William Boller on an indictment charging him with two counts of Murder in the Second Degree and Robbery in the First Degree. 

It is alleged that on March 28, 2014, at 40 C Street in the City of Buffalo, Johnson murdered 70 year old Robert Bennett of 40 C Street, Buffalo, by shooting him.   

If convicted of these crimes, Johnson faces a maximum prison sentence of 25 years to life. 

Like all defendants accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
