District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announces that 24 year-old Antone Herrod a/k/a Tone of 22 Durham, Buffalo, was arraigned this morning on a sealed indicted before New York Supreme Court Justice Christopher Burns charging him with Murder in the Second Degree.

It is alleged that on December 1, 2014 on Rother Avenue in Buffalo, Herrod murdered 24 year-old Christopher Pratt of 1180 East Ferry, Buffalo, by shooting him. 

If convicted of this crime, Herrod faces a maximum prison sentence of 25 years to life. 

Like all defendants accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
