Double Murderer Pleads Guilty To Execution-Style Shooting

Acting Erie County District Attorney Michael J. Flaherty, Jr. announces that 19- year-old Bobby Price III of Buffalo has pleaded guilty to two counts of Murder in the First Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree before State Supreme Court Justice M. William Boller.

On November 22, 2014, Price fatally shot 19-year-old Naim Holt of Buffalo and 20-year-old Dominique Harris of Buffalo outside 261 Langfield in Buffalo. The defendant approached the victims and pulled out a handgun.  Price then ordered both victims to get on their knees and he shot each in the head.

Price faces 20 years to life in prison when he is sentenced July 22, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. by Justice Boller.

DA Flaherty commends Buffalo Police Homicide Detectives Pat Judge, Antonio Borrelli, Mario Pratts and DA Investigator Sal Valvo for their investigative work.

Assistant District Attorney John P. Feroleto prosecuted the case.
