Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announces that 34-year-old Allen D. Larkin, Jr., also known as Allen Wheeler, of Steamburg, New York was arraigned on Tuesday afternoon before State Supreme Court Justice Deborah A. Haendiges on an indictment charging him with one count of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree (Class “D” felony).
